The path

I found this book to be a great read right from the start.  This is one that will challenge you to follow your path.

It’s laid out for you.  It’s designed by your God.  It ‘s up to you to follow it.

So often we get side tracked with the *business* of life.  Just making it through our busy days.  We forgot who and why we need to stay focused on.  God. Family. Ourselves.

We deceive ourselves into looking at worldly possessions,  Cars, money, 384 inch tv screens only to watch on it movies that we should not see.  Play video games (that we shouldn’t see) on it till 2am, then wonder why we are late to work or short with the kids the next day.  SELFISHNESS.  Take a look at your life, eliminate all the extra stuff you don’t need that takes up so much of your time.  Refocus.

How awsome it is to submit to God and in your prayers say, “Lord, your will be done”.  Wherever you want me to go, I will follow your path.  You know the journey laid out before me.  I will go.  For I know you have great plans for me.

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.  (Proverbs 3:6)
